Medployed Network is an organization that is partnering with local hospitals and practices to place pre professional health students into paid clinical jobs. Interested students and recent graduates in gap years are encouraged to sign up using a form that requires information such as:
Year of school
Major
GPA
Transcript
Resume
Applicants are then interviewed by Medployed and placed into a pool of students.
When clinical opportunities open up the team at Medployed will reach out to individuals confirming their availability using the interview and survey as means of “scoring” applicants and try to match them to opportunities in which they’d thrive.
While employment is never guaranteed when signing up with Medployed it offers a passive way of applying to jobs and increases chances of getting an entry level clinical position.
Medployed is designed for pre-professional health students pursuing MD, PA, DMD, or MD/PhD regardless of whether they have held clinical jobs in the past. Medployed aims to not just provide prehealth students with positions but also to provide students with a stepping stone that will help launch their careers.

2.) Fill out the form, inputting your name, email, resume, general availability, and short statement of interest
3.) A team member will reach out to you with details for a virtual interview

Yes! No longer will you have to do unpaid volunteering(although very important and encouraged). Medployed allows you to gain clinical experience and pay all in one!

While we don't offer any specific jobs ourselves some common roles that will be in need of staffing are PCTs, medical assistants, and phlemotomists!

That is exactly what Medployed was made for! We aim to support pre-health students by providing them with paid clinical experiences to support their growth into strong future clinicians.

Yes! Students are busy during the year, and lots of availability opens up in the summer. Help is greatly appreciated during the summer months and holiday seasons.

Clinical experiences consists of any meaningful direct interactions with patients in a healthcare environment. All positions that Medployed places students is considered clinical experiences.
