Medployed Terms of Service

By accessing or using Medployed, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Eligibility

You represent that you are legally able to enter into these Terms and that all information you provide is accurate.

3. Student Accounts

Students agree to:

• Provide truthful information.

• Maintain accurate profiles.

• Keep login credentials secure.

• Comply with employer requirements during the hiring process.

4. Employer Accounts

Employers agree to:

• Post lawful employment opportunities.

• Maintain accurate company information.

• Comply with all applicable employment laws.

• Use candidate information only for legitimate hiring purposes.

5. User Conduct

Users may not:

• Upload false or misleading information.

• Impersonate another person.

• Interfere with platform operations.

• Attempt unauthorized access to accounts or data.

• Use the platform for unlawful purposes.

6. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, graphics, software, and trademarks are owned by Medployed or its licensors and may not be used without permission.

7. Third-Party Services

Our platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. Medployed is not responsible for their content or practices.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Medployed shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from use of the platform.

9. Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify and hold Medployed harmless from claims arising from their misuse of the platform or violation of these Terms.

11. No Guarantee of Employment

Medployed provides a platform to connect students with participating employers. Medployed does not guarantee interviews, job offers, employment, compensation, or continued employment. All hiring decisions are made solely by the employer.

12. Changes

Medployed may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
